About us

Research. Innovation.
Fresh horizons.

BeyondEndo Global Foundation is based in Switzerland and pursues an international mission: helping advance endometriosis research and innovation for the benefit of people affected by the disease.

Our vision

Opening up new possibilities

Endometriosis is complex and can affect many aspects of life. We want to encourage research that investigates the disease in new ways, deepens understanding of its manifestations and helps identify better approaches to diagnosis, treatment and quality of life.

Our mission

Bringing knowledge, innovation and lived experience together

Research and discovery

We aim to help fund scientific investigation and the search for new diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.

Collaboration and application

We seek connections among scientists, healthcare professionals, innovators and potential partners so that promising findings can be explored beyond the laboratory.

Patient perspectives

We value the lived experience of people with endometriosis and want their needs and expertise to inform research and innovation.

Scientific guidance

An interdisciplinary perspective

Our scientific committee framework provides for an advisory role, with scientific expertise and lived experience represented. Under the statutes, the Scientific Board is designed to bring together diverse scientific expertise, including people affected by endometriosis or their relatives with scientific knowledge of the disease. It may identify, review and propose research projects. Decisions on research funding belong to the Foundation Board.

This describes the governance framework, not a claim that specific projects have been approved or funded.

Our identity

The lotus: resilience and renewal

Inspired by the veins of a lotus leaf, our visual identity evokes connections, nourishment and branching paths of discovery. The lotus also reflects resilience, renewal and the fresh horizons we hope research and innovation can create.

Join forces with us

Researchers, innovators, healthcare professionals, the endometriosis community and supporters all have a role to play in shaping new possibilities.
